- Reviews & reliability — Completion rates, response time, and no-show flags inform ranking and tiers.
Payment security
Payments are processed securely. Parents pay through the platform; sitters receive payouts after completed sits. Disputes are reviewed by our team.
Reviews and ratings
Real reviews from completed bookings help parents choose and help sitters build reputation. We do not allow fake or incentivized reviews.
Community standards
