Welcome to Watch-A-Tot. By using our platform you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of the platform. Watch-A-Tot connects parents with childcare providers. We verify identity and facilitate bookings and payments. We do not employ sitters; parents and sitters enter into their own arrangements. "Verified" means we have completed our verification process; it does not guarantee safety or quality.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Sitters must meet any applicable minimum age and legal requirements in their jurisdiction.

Payments and cancellations. Payment and refund terms are set out in the app and on our Pricing and FAQ pages. By booking, you agree to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.
