- How do I book a sitter?
- Add your payment method and household, then create a request with date, time, and location. Send to favorites or get matched. When a sitter accepts, you're booked.
- When am I charged?
- When a sitter accepts your request, we charge the estimated amount (sitter pay + platform fee). You see the total before submitting the request.
- What's the cancellation policy?
- Cancel more than 24 hours before: full refund. Within 24 hours: partial. Within 2 hours: no refund. Details are shown when you book.
- How do sitters get paid?
- Sitters complete Stripe Connect onboarding. After a sit is completed (and not disputed), we transfer their pay to their connected account.
